Landscape Maintenance Field Supervisor

Job Summary

Work under the direction of Account Manager, managing landscape maintenance crews. Duties include servicing commercial accounts, with professional landscape maintenance services. Preform safety training, tailgate safety meetings and incident investigation, care and security of equipment, train employees and new hires, along with supporting company policies and procedures. 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Responsible to assist the Account Manager for the production of maintenance crews in the field
  • Quality workmanship and service to our clients and their sites
  • Maintain professional image of crews, trucks and equipment
  • Role model and mentor field personnel in cooperation with Account Manager
  • Weekly Tailgate Safety Meeting with crews
  • Responsible for proper care, security and professional image of truck, trailers, equipment and hand tools, both at the shop and on the job site.
  • Assist in all landscape maintenance duties, including chemical applications, irrigation repairs and any other tasks assigned by Account Manager.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years Supervisory experience in Landscape Maintenance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Skilled in operations of all industry equipment, including truck & trailer.
  • Driver's License
  • Bilingual English / Spanish is a plus!
